Questions

What does “sealed” mean?
Each photo receives a qualified EU timestamp at capture, so the date and content cannot be changed afterwards.
What if I need the move-out later?
The Move Package covers both from the start: move-in now, move-out when you leave — already paid for and available for three years. If you know you will need both, take the package. If your first report was the free one, the matching move-out costs €12.99 later.
How long are reports kept?
Three years of encrypted storage on servers in Germany is included, and you can export your report at any time.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Any recent phone with a camera runs the guided scan.
