Scan your flat in minutes. Keep solid proof of its condition. Protect your Kaution.
Move through each room with guided scanning.
BildProof takes and saves all the photos for you.
All photos, clearly structured and timestamped.
A few photos by hand. The ceiling is missing, so is the corner behind the door.
Hundreds of photos in your camera roll, between holidays and screenshots.
When was the photo taken? A file date can be changed.
Move-in and move-out: other angles, other light, hard to compare.
40 photos by messenger, shrunk and out of context.
Photos on your phone: a new phone, a full memory, and they're gone.
The scan guides you through every room: walls, floor, ceiling.
Every photo sits with its room.
Date and time come from an independent DGN timestamp.
The same room, move-in next to move-out.
One report with every photo in original quality, shared by link.
Every photo and report stored safely for 3 years, included.
Document your room and shared spaces when you move in and when you move out. Keep proof of the property's condition, whether you rent from a landlord or the main tenant.
“It’s unbelievable that I can scan the whole flat in less than two minutes per room. I just sweep the phone through the room.”
“I used BildProof during my Übergabeprotokoll and sent the report to my landlord too, which was a great feature. Now we’re both on the same page about the flat’s condition, and we avoided that awkward conversation.”
“It took me a few minutes before handing back the apartment, and now I have a record of exactly how I left it.”
No. Your report is protected by a qualified electronic timestamp. If the report is changed afterwards, the change can be detected. The timestamp is provided by DGN Deutsches Gesundheitsnetz Service GmbH, an independent German trust service provider.
No. The Übergabeprotokoll is the sheet both sides sign; BildProof provides the evidence it is about: the actual condition of the apartment, sealed and still provable years later. If you sign a paper protocol, photograph it in the app. It gets sealed along with everything else.
Absolutely! You can scan the apartment together and share the report and photos with your landlord at the end. Or you can ask your landlord to download BildProof and create their own scan.
Yes, especially there. The deposit for a room in a WG usually goes to the main tenant, often in cash and without any protocol. At move-out, both sides' memory decides. A sealed, timestamped record captures the condition of the room and the shared spaces before it becomes a question.
eIDAS is the EU regulation (No 910/2014) that governs electronic signatures, seals and timestamps across every member state. A qualified timestamp under it is issued by a supervised trust service provider listed on the EU Trusted List, and certifies that a specific piece of data existed in exactly that form at a specific moment. BildProof has your report's fingerprint stamped that way, by DGN Deutsches Gesundheitsnetz Service GmbH.
DGN Deutsches Gesundheitsnetz Service GmbH, a qualified German trust service provider supervised by the Bundesnetzagentur.
That your report existed in exactly this form no later than the stamped moment, and that nothing has changed since. Under Article 41 eIDAS a qualified timestamp carries a legal presumption that the time is accurate and the data unaltered, so the other side has to prove otherwise, rather than you having to prove yourself.
We'll remind you the day before your move to document your flat.
